Strange Cities - Installation Views

Our current show here at Ampersand features work by Portland photographer, John Ryan Brubaker. Titled Strange Cities, the photographs document his travels through Vietnam in spring, 2010. Less about a specific geography or type of people, the photographs instead record the tangled chaos, the wounded patterns, & the congested horizon, street & railway lines that comprise any strange city a traveler gets lost in.
